Pay attention to your pitch.

Too high a voice will strain the voice and generate tension. Through a subtle buzzing in a relaxed, deep buzz, you regenerate your voice and find your true voice. (Think of delicious food: MMMH.)

Do not talk too loudly.

You can use the telephone with your voice directly in the eardrum of your conversation partner. With a well-up attitude, speaking at a low volume is less stressful and less disturbing.

Talk slowly instead louder with deaf customers or understanding problems in general (linguistically, technically).

Stay in motion.

When stress or undervoltage of body muscles, the vocal muscles in the larynx have to work longer and up to 3.7 million times a day.

Do not breathe in before you start talking.

You always have enough air for the beginning of the speech. With the supposed “get deep air” you only reach that you have too much air, which has to go out just as quickly. Especially with stress or stressful conversations: air out!

Drink water a lot at work.

2 to 2.5 liters should be. Do not drink too much coffee or black tea (2 cups do not harm). If you are a bad “drinker”: Set yourself goals: after each conversation a sip.

No sharp Lollies, that contains menthol or eucalyptus.
For complaints: Salbeibonbons and tea: gargle with saline solution.

When hoarseness vocal preservation is called for, that is, not on a call, not whispering, communicate better in writing.
